If leaders want to lead for the long term, they must keep learning continuously. For yesterday's insight can already be worthless today. That is why an ongoing readiness for reflection and learning is essential for a leader. God is the potter and we are the clay. He will do what pleases him, and we must allow him to keep shaping us.
